Zone Charts UK announce their 2021 Charity Partner

HASAG Asbestos Disease Support was launched to make sure that no one else would ever feel there was nowhere to turn to when facing an asbestos-related diagnosis. Plans for the future are to help more people and their families deal with the realities of asbestos disease.

Zone Charts UK director Phil expands on his reasons for choosing this particular charity. “As a former fire alarm engineer who spent a lot of time crawling around roof spaces and drilling into things, asbestos was something I found pretty scary. I was lucky enough to have both protection and sufficient training. Tens of thousands of people throughout the UK were not and are now suffering. As a small company we have been lucky to have experienced sustainable and scalable growth over the past three years, with this in mind I feel it is only right that we begin to divert some of our profit to a cause that helps people within our industry”.

Lynne Squibb co-founder of HASAG says, “It is so important to HASAG to raise the profile of asbestos related disease, we continue to support those affected by these terrible illnesses. Education is key, this collaboration will help us to fund research into treatments, better diagnosis and hopefully one day a cure. We are incredibly grateful for such thoughtfulness and generosity”.
