Bull Products wins third student accommodation project with Crosslane

Bull Products, a manufacturer of life-saving fire protection equipment, has won its third student accommodation fire protection contract with Crosslane Group, a student centric real estate company.

Working with Create Construction, Bull is supplying its Cygnus Wireless Alarm System to enhance fire safety protection during work on site until the end of 2020.

The Harper Road student accommodation development, worth £14.4 million, will feature more than 250 bedrooms over five storeys, a range of common rooms, and an on-site gym.

The building features three wings, all of which are being protected with the Cygnus Fire Call Point Alarm and a range of trolleys and fire extinguishers.

The trolleys can be moved to where and when they are needed as the site develops, ensuring there is no compromise when it comes to health and safety, whilst providing a cost-effective and time saving solution.
