EMS Launches First Ever Universal BS5839 App
Intended as a guide for anyone working across the fire industry, the app provides an overview of the standard, which can be easily accessed via a Smartphone handset wherever and whenever needed.
The introduction of this new app will provide answers to many of the basic questions as well as useful tools and links for more assistance and advice on topics such as false alarm reduction.
This release follows on from the company’s earlier launch of the EMS FireCell app, which has already seen over a thousand downloads for the Android version alone.
Ray Puttock, Marketing Manager of EMS Fire & Security comments, “The introduction of the app is another exciting development for EMS and really demonstrates our commitment to providing information for fire professionals and to the fire industry as a whole, using the latest technology”.
The app can be downloaded from EMS’ website – www.emsgroup.co.uk – or directly from the
AndroidMarket or ITunes sites by searching BS5839 Guide.
