New Leadership Appointments for Honeywell Life Safety Sensors Division
Honeywell Life Safety has made some senior appointments within its multi-million dollar Sensors Division this month. Sean Clay has been promoted to the role of General Manager, and Alexandre Naef, ex Johnson and Johnson Director, has taken on the role of Sales Leader. Sean Clay reports to David Wilson, VPGM of the wider Systems & Sensors Division within Honeywell Life Safety.
The Sensors Division employs over 1000 people globally and includes gas sensor manufacturer City Technology, and fire detection and evacuation brands System Sensor and KAC Alarm Company. Each is world leaders in the field of fire and gas sensing, serving commercial, security, industrial, environmental, medical and residential applications.
Sean Clay was previously Sales Director for the Honeywell Life Safety Sensing & Devices division. Other roles included Head of Marketing & Business Development Director at Novar Intelligent Building systems and Sales and Service Manager for Gent Ltd. He has an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Planning. Alexandre Naef was formerly Managing Director of Jude Medical in Switzerland and General Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices in Paris. He also co-founded a start-up business and has a Masters degree in Economics.

His key responsibility will be developing and executing successful global sales and marketing strategies and for driving uptake of new products such as FAAST aspiration detection, next generation AV devices and long life oxygen and ammonia gas sensors.
